2026 State Conference Edition

No. On-site registration will not be accepted. Brothers must register in advance through our official website.
No. Conference registration and hotel reservations are separate. Registering for the conference does not reserve a hotel room. Brothers should use the official Hotel Indigo Waco-Baylor room block link to book their room before the October 29, 2026 cut-off.
Registration includes access to official conference activities, Friday hospitality, Saturday plenary sessions, the Leadership Lives Here Awards Luncheon, and conference materials (conference materials are guaranteed for those who register prior to the late registration period.).
Friday attire is casual / Sigma casual. Saturday attire is chapter polo shirt with black or dark slacks.
The election is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026 during Plenary Session II — Elections.
Yes. Conference registration does not replace the Chapter Delegate Registration Form. Chapters must submit delegate information to the State Secretary by October 26, 2026.
No. Late registrants are not guaranteed a printed name badge, printed conference materials, meal preference accommodations, or the 2026 Lone Star State Conference gift.
